Rf3 Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
This document outlines the terms and conditions governing the use of the rf3 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By using the rf3 platform, you agree to be bound by all the terms stated herein.
These terms apply to all registered users in Malaysia. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.
Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the rf3 platform, you expressly agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and rf3 ("Platform"). Users under the age of 18 are strictly prohibited from using this platform under any circumstances. rf3 reserves the right to request age verification at any time.
If you are using the platform on behalf of a third party or organisation, you warrant that you have full authority to bind that party to these terms. rf3 may update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account at rf3. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. When registering, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and complete. rf3 reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login credentials. All activity that occurs through your account — whether carried out with your knowledge or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please contact the rf3 support team immediately. rf3 will not be held liable for any loss resulting from a user's failure to keep their account credentials secure.
User responsibilities include:
- Ensuring that all registered personal information is accurate and up to date.
- Not sharing login credentials with any other party.
- Complying with all applicable local laws and regulations.
- Not using the platform for fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purposes.
Rf3 Platform Usage Rules
Users are prohibited from using the rf3 platform for any unlawful purpose or any activity that may damage the platform's reputation. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
- Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interfere with the platform.
- Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the security of the rf3 system.
- Spreading false, misleading, or defamatory information about the platform.
- Using another person's account without authorisation.
- Engaging in any form of fraud in transactions or wagering.
- Collusion or agreement between players to manipulate game outcomes.
Rf3 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these rules and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts and referring cases to the relevant authorities.
Payment, Deposit & Transaction Information (MYR)
All transactions on the rf3 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that deposited funds are legitimate and not derived from any unlawful activity. rf3 reserves the right to place a hold on any transaction suspected of involving financial misconduct or money laundering.
Deposits successfully credited to your account are non-reversible except in cases of verifiable technical error. Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe specified, depending on the payment method selected. rf3 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits, in line with compliance requirements.
Bonuses and promotions credited to your account are subject to the applicable wagering requirements. Users must fulfil these requirements before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted. Full terms for each bonus will be stated at the time the offer is presented.
Liability Limits & Account Suspension Policy
Rf3 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including service disruptions, technical failures, or data loss. The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, with no express or implied warranties regarding its availability at any time.
Rf3 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a user's account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
- Confirmation that registration information is false or misleading.
- Activity indicative of fraud, collusion, or system manipulation.
- The user's own request to close their account.
- Compliance with instructions or orders from relevant authorities.
If an account is closed due to a violation, rf3 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending a case review. Users may submit an appeal through rf3's customer support channels within 14 days of receiving the closure notice.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Applicable Law
All content on the rf3 platform — including text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, images, and software code — is the exclusive property of rf3 or its respective licensors. Users may not copy, redistribute, sell, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent from rf3.
The rf3 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. These links are provided solely for the user's convenience. rf3 has no control over the content or privacy policies of such third-party sites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from the use of third-party services.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. Users accessing the rf3 platform from outside Malaysia do so at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.
Rf3 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these terms at any time. Users will be notified via in-platform notifications or their registered email when material changes occur. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
